Bookkeeping for small online resellers

ProfitMesh shows a reseller the real profit on every item they sell. It brings in eBay sales and fees automatically, reads the sales reports other marketplaces let sellers download, and keeps a photo of each receipt with the item's cost. From there it works out profit by item, month and year, keeps sales tax records, and builds a summary that lines up with Schedule C at tax time.

  • eBay sales and fees come in automatically, through eBay's own sign-in.
  • Sales reports from Mercari and Whatnot import in a few taps, with Poshmark and Depop coming soon.
  • Each item's cost is saved with a photo of its receipt.
  • A mileage log covers buying trips.
  • Sales tax records and a Schedule C summary are ready at tax time.
  • There are no ads and no tracking, and ProfitMesh never asks for a marketplace password.
